Ty Beanie Babies Zero the Holiday Penguin
This Zero is a 10. His poem reads:
Penguins love the ice and snow
Playing in weather twenty below
Antarctica is where I love to be
Splashing in the cold, cold sea!
Zero, born January 2, 1998, is all dressed up and ready to go to your house. This flightless bird was released for a limited time and is now retired, making him highly desirable. His body is done in traditional black and white; a splash of yellow under his bright orange beak is a real eye-catcher. Atop Zero's head sits a red and white stocking cap with white pom-pom, and bright orange feet complete our cold-weather friend. Surface wash only. --Peggy Etra

Emperor Penguin Puppet
Oh so lifelike in looks, this plump and pillowy plush penguin is more than a big soft bundle of huggability. Hold him close, put your hand into the opening in his upper back and make him flap his wings, move his head, and speak (with your best penguin voice). Sure, he stands by himself, a full 13.5 inches tall, balanced on his approximately 7-inch-diameter flat bottom, two shiny leatherette flipper-feet, and a plush tail. He's an eye-catching Arctic artifact on shelf or table, but too loveable to leave sitting across the room. Pick him up and talk to him, you can't resist! And though a living, breathing, emperor penguin can stand Fahrenheit temperatures down to minus-100 degrees, this one doesn't mind cuddling close and cozy under the covers with you. Comes with interesting facts and a story about the emperor penguin's colors. Surface-washable polyester. --Ava Natov

Ty Beanie Buddies Waddle the Penguin
Waddle is all dressed and ready to shuffle over to your house. As his tag reads, he was "the first of two penguins to be made by Ty. He was retired in April of 1998." Waddle's body is black and white with yellow at the throat; short-napped bright orange fabric adorns his beak and feet. This penguin also has plastic eyes and a shell made from 100 percent Tylon, a Ty Inc. exclusive manmade fabric that has the most luxurious feel you'll find on a plush toy. Waddle's insides consist of polyester fiber and PE pellets in a cloth bag. He makes a wonderful toy or addition to a collection. Surface wash only. --Peggy Etra
