Ty Beanie Babies India the Tiger
"Through jungle shadows sometimes I will prowl," says India the Tiger's tag. It continues with "Don't be afraid sometimes I growl. I'm not fierce, don't run away. We'll be best friends and play all day." Cute-as-a-kitten India, a Y2K Beanie Baby, has black and orange stripes, a tiny pink nose, and a tiger's long tail. Gently wash this Beanie Baby with a damp cloth as needed. --Amy Nevala

Tiger (Current)
According to Chinese astrology, the tiger, one of 12 astrological animal signs, is a born leader who exhibits power, courage, and confidence. This plush, yellow-and-orange striped Beanie Tiger proudly stands 4.5 inches high and measures 7 inches from head to tail. Trimmed with glittery gold fabric on its ears, nose, and paws, and boasting a broad, white-coated chest, this ferocious feline commands attention. Flexible appendages make nearly any pose possible, from sitting on its hind legs to doing the splits. Tigers (born in 1938, 1950, 1962, 1974, 1986, and 1998) are most compatible with dogs and horses and should beware of monkeys! --Katy Gustafson

Ty Beanie Babies Blizzard the White Tiger
The white tiger is one of the most rare and stunning of all the big cats. Blizzard is both. She was born December 12, 1996, and her poem reads: In the mountains, where it's snowy and cold Lives a beautiful tiger, I've been told Black and white, she's hard to compare Of all the tigers she's most rare! This blue-eyed beauty is not to be missed. Her fur is white with black stripes from her tail to the tip of her pink nose; black thread whiskers complete her look. She prides herself on being elusive in the wild and to Beanie Baby hunters. Surface wash only. --Peggy Etra

Photomosaic 500-piece Jigsaw Puzzle: Tiger
Although the end result is a rather impressionistic 21.25-by-15-inch picture of a tiger, this puzzle is a computer-generated collage of several hundred tiny (half-inch-square) photographs of big cats. Since each photograph is smaller than an individual puzzle piece, there is no way to sort the pieces by concentrating on color or dividing the image into convenient subsets such as grass, sky, fur, etc. The only thing that makes the challenge a little simpler is that it's fairly easy to immediately see which way a piece should be oriented. After that it's "grrr" all the way. --Richard Farr
